An executive secretary/document controller is needed for an engineering consultant office in Riyadh (The job can be remote, so location of residency is not an issue), with the below key responsibilities:
- Completes a variety of administrative tasks including: Calendar management, organizing and scheduling meetings, prepare meeting agendas, perform researches and take minutes during meetings.
- Controls documentation procedures, referencing, archiving and digitization.
- Provides the necessary services for different departments to aid in delivery such as secretarial services, document control.
- Translates and edits documents and reports from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Liaises with other staff members on behalf of senior management.
- Follow-up on projects with team members when required.
- Prepares correspondence and reports when required.
 

المهارات

- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proactive personality.
